TABLES AND EVENTS REGISTRATION AT THE WOCF
Prague 2025

The WOCF Prague 2025 Organizing Committee invites you to explore our cultural an event program available on this website. The program provides detailed information about participation options. Please note than information may by subject to minor changes.

Exhibitor Priority and Venue

Exhibitors will given priority for table and event reservations within the limits of available spaces provided by the organizer, Olympsport z.s. in the OLYMPIK Hotel Congress Centre i (U Sluncove 14, CZ-186 00 Prague 8 – Invalidovna).

Ordering Exhibition Tables:

Exhibition tables are available in 100 cm lenghts (with an appproximate width of 85 cm). You can order tables ranging from 100 cm to 600 cm.

Pricing

First and second tables: 75,00 EUR
Third and each additional table (up to a maximum of 6 tables): 50,00 EUR per table

Ordering Accompanying Events:

Gala Dinner

Price 110,00 EUR per person
Description: Enjoy a served dinner at the historic “U Fleku” restaurant in central Prague. (Places are limited, with priority given to exhibitors and their accompanying gests. See the “Program” Section on www.wocfprague2025.org for more details)

Cultural Visit

80,00 EUR per person
Description: This package includes a visit to the exhibition “100 Years Since the 8^th Olympic Congress in Prague 1925” and a cruise on the Vltava River on a historic steamboat with a buffet dinner. (Places are limited, with priority given to exhibitors and their accompanying gests. See the “Program” section on www.wocfprague2025.org for more details.

Women’s program

Price: varies depending on the chosen activity (e.g. tour of Karlštejn Castle, National Museum exhibitions, etc.)

Silent Auction

Reservation required (limited places, priority to exhibitors and their accompanying guests. See the “Program” section on www.wocfprague2025.org for more details.)

Please print and bring a completed copy with you to WOCF Prague 2025. You can fill out the PDF form directly in Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Only for payment by bank transfer:

Residents of the following countries are also eligible for SEPA Bank Transfer: Andorra, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, United Kingdom, San Marino and Switzerland.

Silent auction

Participation in the Silent Auction is conditional on reserving an exhibition table or other accompanying event.

Once the form has been validated by the organiser WOCF Prague 2025, you will receive a summary e-mail containing the conditions of payment to be used to make your payment. Check your spam if you don´t receive it.
